Costs, payments and insurance
How much does storage cost?
The amount you pay will depend on the size of space that you require. Please contact us for a no obligation quote. We take your payments four weekly and will refund any unused storage fee when you are finished with the storage space. We also offer great long stay discounts.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we hold a refundable deposit equal to 1 week's storage fee, which is payable when your storage starts.

Does the storage fee include insurance?
Contents insurance is not included in our fee. You should obtain your own cover or we can arrange this for you. The cost will depend on the items being stored.
How can I pay for my storage?
For initial payments, we accept cash, cheque or credit/debit card payments. All subsequent payments are taken by direct debit.
